We have a full staff of personnel ranging from engineering to construction support. All construction personnel have been trained and certified by A.B. Chance, with continuing in-house training. Tri-State Concrete maintains a safety program which meets all current OSHA compliance guidelines.
Tri-State Concrete specializes in residential and commercial structural repairs. We excel in the following applications:
- Underpinning and foundation support for residential homes, light commercial and industrial buildings, electrical and transmission facilities.
- Straightening bowed and/or leaning masonry and concrete walls
- Interior and exterior waterproofing for commercial and residential applications.
- Raising, leveling and repairing poured concrete slabs- such as driveways, walkways, and basement floors.
